It is time once again to leave our warm south Florida escape and head back north to the frozen tundra of Minnesota. We will be on the road for a week and unable to fill orders during the trip north. We apologize for any delays during our 1800 mile journey north.

The US Postal Service just implemented a major price increase on many of their postal rates, and this means we need to increase the fees for some of the shipping options we offer. Our Flat-Fee shipping rate of $5 remains the same for the USA and Canada, but has increased to $6 for all other countries EXCEPT Mexico, Belgium, Indonesia and Pakistan where we only ship by Express Mail due to theft issues in those postal systems. The Express Mail fee has increased from $30 to $38, ouch! Just a reminder, as we do NOT ship any orders to Iran or Venezuela, sorry!
We regret having to raise these fees, but since we have set our postage fees as close to the actual postage costs as possible, we have to pass this increase along.
Tune in for The Plastic Scale Modeling Hour hosted by Gerald ‘Hawkeye’ Voigt. The show is about plastic scale modeling and modelers. The show features special guests from all aspects of the hobby. Discussions will include how-to’s, reviews, news and much, much more. The show airs on Thursday evenings at 7:00PM Eastern Time. Look for yours truly to be a guest at a future date to be announced.
It was a great trip to the UK and Scale ModelWorld in Telford. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and saw us at the stand, and we will be back again in 2012.
We are working on clearing the backlog of orders that arrived while we were away, and will do our best to get everything printed and shipped just as soon as we can.
DRAW Decal Telford Crew
Day One is finished and the DRAW Decal Telford crew ( L-R Bert Selier, Dave Foxall, Geoff Cooper-Smith and your truly) is about to head to dinner. The show crowd was tremendous, and it appears Scale ModelWorld is headed for another banner year. I will attempt to take as many model photos as I can before the hall opens to the public tomorrow, and hopefully post them later in the week.
We would also like to extend a tremendous THANK YOU to Captain Brian Heron who hand delivered many of the decals to Telford from the US. The US Postal Service saw fit to sidetrack our last print order by an extra four days which meant we needed extreme measures to get many of our decals to this show.
