As much as I hate to say it, our technical issues with the printing machine at our printer continue.  The good news is that the first batch of prints will be sent to us next week, and should be in our hands at the end of the week, around April 6th.  This will allow us to start completing some of the oldest open orders we have.  Progress will be slow, but fingers crossed we can clear the other open orders in the two weeks following the first batch of prints.

If for any reason anyone wants a full or partial refund on any unshipped order please let us know.  We will either refund your order in full, or ship what we have on hand and refund any amount for the missing item(s).

We are in Tucson, Arizona and will not be returning home until April 5th.  Please note we will not be acknowledging or filling orders during this period.

We apologize for any delays in advance, and we appreciate your interest and business with us.  If you are in Tucson, AZ during this period, we may be sighted in a local Eegees or various Mexican restaurants recovering from photo sessions at the various aviation sites in southern Arizona.

Due to some technical issues at the print house that does our printing, we are experiencing longer than normal delays in filling some orders.  Since we offer over 1200 unique products, the only way we can do this is to print many of these sets only as they are ordered.  This process normally takes 10 to 14 days, and right now due to a larger demand and the technical issues, the print house is backed up.

We apologize for this longer than usual delay, as this can be a side effect of offering such a large and diverse variety of subjects and scales.

Due to this increased demand upon this print house from us and their other customers, we are now asking for a bit longer lead time to fill some orders.  We will be able to print most orders within 14-21 days, some much sooner, and others longer.  As before, your order status will be updated as soon as your decal(s) are printed and shipped.  Thank you for your continued support and patience.

It is time once again to leave our warm south Florida escape and head back north to the frozen tundra of Minnesota.  We will be on the road for a week  and unable to fill orders during the trip north.  We apologize for any delays during our 1800 mile journey north.

The US Postal Service just implemented a major price increase on many of their postal rates, and this means we need to increase the fees for some of the shipping options we offer.  Our Flat-Fee shipping rate of $5 remains the same for the USA and Canada, but has increased to $6 for all other countries EXCEPT Mexico, Belgium, Indonesia and Pakistan where we only ship by Express Mail due to theft issues in those postal systems.  The Express Mail fee has increased from $30 to $38, ouch!  Just a reminder, as we do NOT ship any orders to Iran or Venezuela, sorry!

We regret having to raise these fees, but since we have set our postage fees as close to the actual postage costs as possible, we have to pass this increase along.
