 You will need to paint the red area on the tail, as making a decal to fit and look right is not very feasible.  The decal is designed to fit the Revell 737-800 with the Blended Winglets.  The decal includes many little details, including the red-striped pattern for the lower antenna and drain masts and the corresponding reg's and ship names.
