Postage, the cost of the postage and slow deliveries have become a continual issue I wish to address. An inescapable fact is that postage, like everything else, has become much more expensive. We do not make any profit on the postage prices we charge. In fact, if you order more than a few kits or decals, we gladly pay the extra postage for the larger parcel. I wish there was a less expensive way to safely ship orders, but there is not. If you know of one, please let us know.
Regrettably, the mail is very slow, exceptionally slow at times, and erratic as well. Once a package enters the postal system, there is absolutely nothing we can do to speed up its progress. We do offer an expedited service through FedEx, and the rates we offer for FedEx are very reasonable. All of our current shipping rates are listed HERE.
We greatly value your business and support, and we do our very best to provide the best service possible. As much as we would like to offer more reliable and less costly shipping options, sadly they just do not exist. Angry, profanity-laced emails such as the one we received today can not speed up the postal service.
