We are in the midst of a complete relocation and redesign of our website. Yesterday, Wednesday the 6th we moved the blog portion of our site to a new dedicated server. There were a few hours where the site did not function or look correct, but all is well in our new host location. We appreciate the emails of concerns that poured in yesterday about our site, but I assure you we were not hacked.
The next step, the “biggee,” will be to move the e-commerce portion of our site to a new host and system. We acknowledge our current e-commerce provider has caused great obstacles for some customers, especially when paying with Paypal. This will be one of many issues we are addressing in the great website relocation and redesign. Please bear with us while we try and improve our site for everyone.
Item last is our weekly email list. Yes, we initiated emails to many customers asking them to opt into our weekly email newsletter. These requests were only sent to customers who checked the “Receive Email” box in their customer information when they placed an order. In order to receive the weekly newsletter, the email must be responded to by clicking the “Confirm my Subscription” in order to receive further emails. NO FURTHER emails will be sent unless you confirm.
