Kingfisher Airlines was a short-lived Indian airline that operated between 2005 and 2012. In 2006, Kingfisher placed an order for five A340-500s to expand its international operations. The five aircraft were built and painted in Kingfisher colors, but they were never operated by the debt-ridden airline.

As always, your stuff is BEAUTIFUL! I only have one suggestion for a few of the airliner designs….when a light colored or multicolored design logo has to be applied to a darker solid colored tail it might help us a lot to provide a solid white blank of the same design to lay down prior to applying the real logo. Most of the other companies are making a standard practice of that and it would be deeply appreciated by us airline guys. Thanks in advance for the consideration. PS: adding a small sheet of that should not be too hard to provide. I make a lot of my own decals that are not available on the market so I do the same for my own models. Best to ya 🙂
Thank you for your note and suggestion. In this decal as well as many others, we DOUBLE-print white beneath the color to make certain the design stays opaque.
