Aero Pacifico operated C-97G XA-PII flying bread out of La Paz Mexico for Bimbo Bakery. Originally delivered to the Air Force as 53-3816, and was retired to MASDC in December 1965. It was converted to a KC-97L, then returned to service in March 1970. It was parked in Tucson, AZ for many years prior to being scrapped in 2002. 53-3816 was the last C-97 produced.
