Description
Starflyer is a new entrant to the Japanese airline industry. Operations began in March 2006. Starflyer is a low-cost, high-quality airline, much like JetBlue in the U.S. Initially founded as Kobe Airlines and based in Kobe, Japan, the airline changed its name to Starflyer and moved its base of operations to the new airport in Kitakyushu. The airline began codeshare operations with ANA in 2007. Currently, the fleet includes thirteen Airbus A320s with the latest deliveries being equipped with winglets.
