What We Offer to You
We are a “Print on Demand” operation, as your order is likely not in stock and will be printed in our next weekly print run. Please allow up to 14 to 21 days for your decals to be printed, but likely much sooner. We print decals every week, and your order will always be printed as soon as possible. While your order is being printed, your order status will change to HOLD.
We offer safe and secure shipping options for the safe delivery of your order. Tracking is provided for all orders we ship, and the tracking information will be sent in a separate email from Stamps.com. Please note that we can not guarantee the safe delivery of your order outside of the US unless you opt for the UPS shipping option. Global Post is still a reliable option, but we can not guarantee the safe delivery of your important order unless you pay for the UPS delivery option.

Please note that Paypal now collects their fee on all payments. This means if you cancel an order that was paid for with Paypal, we still pay the Paypal fee on the entire payment. If you wish to cancel an order paid for with Paypal, we will only refund the net proceeds of the Paypal payment.
Since your order was printed to order, we limit our refunds to defective products only. We will gladly replace any item deemed to be defective in manufacturer. If you would rather have a refund, you must return the defective product within SEVEN days of receiving it. Your purchase price will be refunded less the postage and Paypal fees once the product is received. Please give us a chance to make your purchase right.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message through the Contact Us link.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as well as any Paypal fees.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
