Denver, Colorado based Frontier Airlines was sold by its previous owner Republic Airways to Indigo Partners in 2013. Shortly before the sale Frontier replaced its classic “FRONTIER” billboard titles with a new “FLYFRONTIER.COM” billboard in a darker gray color, but keeping with the tradition of having each aircraft with a unique animal tail. This set is for Airbus A319 N954FR which has “Mickey” the moose on its tail.
