Description

In 1945 Flying Tigers became the first scheduled cargo airline in the United States. Starting in June 1968, Flying Tigers took delivery of their first factory-new DC-8-63CFs which were initially emblazoned with large “Jumbo Jet” titles. The “Jumbo Jet” titles were short-lived, evolving into one of many paint scheme variations such as the one depicted here with a blue tail and “Flying Tiger Line” titles. Our decal will also includes the later “Flying Tigers” titles.
