KLM operated a fleet of six straight passenger 747-200s. All were powered by P&W JT9D engines and were repainted into this scheme after their initial delivery scheme. KLM also took delivery of four GE CF6-50-powered 747-200s which were delivered in this scheme. All ten of these 747-200s were named after rivers, and this decal includes all ship names and corresponding registrations. This decal has also been updated to include double-struck white ink. This decal will letter any of the seventeen combi passenger/freight 747-400Ms in the as-delivered wide-blue stripe scheme. This decal has been updated and includes double-struck white ink. We also include landing lights, static ports, pitots, outflow valves and stab position indicators. -

In early 2025, Korean Air unveiled a complete corporate re-branding. The update feature a new font, as well as a new version of the Taeguk (Yin-Yang logo). Gone is the color red, as well as the silver stripe of the aircraft color scheme. The second aircraft painted was 777-300ER HL8008. From 1980 through 1996, Korean Air operated a fleet of former All Nippon Airways 727-281s. At its peak, the fleet included 12 frames. This decal provides the markings for the current Korean Air colors, which were applied in the 1980s, and worn until the aircraft left the fleet. -
In early 2025, Korean Air unveiled a complete corporate re-branding. The update features a new font, a new version of the Taeguk (Yin-Yang logo) and a new metallic light blue color. The first 737 Max 8 to wear these colors, HL8567, was delivered new from the factory in September 2025 wearing this scheme. -
A long-time Boeing customer, Korean Air has operated a sizeable 737 fleet for years. In 2015, it placed an order for the latest variation, the -8 Max. Due to the extended grounding of the worldwide Max fleet, the airline did not take delivery of its first Max until February 2022 (the aircraft, HL8348 was almost 3 years old at that point). Deliveries of the 30 airframes will continue through 2028. -
In 2000, Korean Air took delivery of the first of what would eventually become a sizeable fleet of 737-800s. Nearly all of these aircraft have since been retired - replaced by 737-900s and 737 Max 8s. This decal provides the markings for any of the 28 -800s accepted by Korean Air.

How did we get our Name?
My father is a US Army-trained draftsman, and he always signed his drawings with the initials “DRAW.” Since we have to DRAW our decals, and DRAW is also the first four letters of my last name, it seemed to be a natural name for our company.
What is the idea behind DRAW Decal?
I produce airline decals that normally would not be popular enough to justify mass producing. Each decal is printed as demand warrants, one page at a time by a professional print house. This makes for slow production, but it allows us to individually inspect each decal and to also update the decal sets as the need arises. While these production sets are all currently available, they are only produced (i.e. printed) as they are ordered. I have no large pile of unsold, unpopular decals to contend with this way. Our decals are as close to custom-made as possible.
Who creates your art?
The art work for our decals is created by a group of artists, with each one contributing sets of their own unique design and preference. Currently, DRAW Decal offers decals designed by: Tim Bradley, Mike Egan, Norm Filer, Mike Jernfors, Jeff Thomsen and yours truly, Greg Drawbaugh. Each set is identified by whom designed it unless I was the one who designed it.
How do I do that?
Our decals are printed in our exclusive Next Generation DIGITAL Silk process using a large format digital printer that prints white ink. We do NOT sell ANY laser-printed decals. Laser printers are for printing instruction sheets, not printing decals.
We are made the switch to our latest Next Generation DIGITAL Silk process to provide what we believe to be among the highest quality decals in the industry. We also want to be able to provide subjects that just would not print well using any other process. Quality and value have always been our driving force, and we continue to push the limits of what our printer and artwork is capable of producing. We operate under a continual improvement process for all of our decals.
Do you run out of stock?
No, as I print decals only as they are ordered. This ensures that the decals are fresh and never out of stock. This also allows me to make corrections and additions to each set as they occur.
Once applied, these decals will look just like they were painted on, rather than just “stickers” applied over a paint job. Remember, the art of decaling is making it look like you did not use any decals!
