In 1998, Argentinan carrier Aerolineas Argentinas painted 737-200 LV-LIW in a special scheme promoting the their electronic ticketing. -
Launched in 2020, ZIPAIR Tokyo is the first Trans-Pacific low-cost, long-haul airline. A part of the Japan Airlines family, ZIPAIR utilizes 787-8s leased from JAL. Not wanted to be confused with the “Z” Russian forces are using in their invasion of Ukraine, ZIPAIR updated the tail livery of their scheme a second time in 2022 by replacing the “Z” with a vertical stripe pattern which our decal depicts. -
Delta Air Lines MD-11 N812DE was painted in special colors for the 1996 Summer Olympics, held in the airline’s hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. Following the conclusion of the Games, ship 812 was repainted into the Widget colors her sisters were still wearing. The fuselage stripe was shortened at the aft fuselage, and small Centennial Spirit lettering was added to the forward fuselage. This decal provides these markings for N812DE. -
At the end of 2025, Philippine Airlines took delivery of its first A359-1000 long-range aircraft. The stretched variant joins Philippine’s existing fleet of six A359-900s. Upon delivery to the airline, special 85 Years stickers were added to celebrate the airline’s 85th Anniversary in 2026. -
In 2015, Korean Air ordered its first narrowbody Airbus aircraft - the A321neo. The order is for 30 aircraft, with options for 20 more. The first aircraft HL8505, will be delivered in late 2022. This decal provides the markings for any aircraft in the fleet. -
In 2023, Hong Kong-based Cathay Pacific introduced an updated corporate branding for its cargo operations, dropping “Pacific” from its name. The airline’s aircraft retained the same base color scheme, with new, larger titles. This decal provides the markings for the airline’s fleet of 747-400F freighters. -
From 2002 through 2015, Air France operated a small fleet of 747-400ERF freighters. Six aircraft were delivered new from the Everett factory. Only two aircraft received Air France’s revised color scheme before the fleet was retired. This decal provides the markings for F-GIUA and F-GIUD that wore these colors. -
In early 2025, Korean Air unveiled a complete corporate re-branding. The update features a new font, as well as a new version of the Taeguk (Yin-Yang logo). For the airline’s freighter aircraft, the CARGO titles have been eliminated. This decal provides the markings for the B777F fleet, with HL8285 being the first airframe to be repainted. -
This decal was designed to fit a display model. We offer it as is for Delta Air Lines DC-8-61 N823E as shown. This version has the full DELTA AIR LINES titles and blue door outlines. There are no placement diagrams and no instructions included. -
British Airways initially took delivery of the Airbus A350 in 2019. The 18-strong fleet of A350-1000s were the final nail in the coffin for the British Airways 747 fleet. Our decal depicts the standard scheme on the A350-1000 fleet. -
Atlas Air has been a 767 operator for more than a decade. The airline has operated 767 freighters on behalf of several customers, including DHL and Amazon. Recently, 767-300F aircraft have begun operating in full Atlas Air colors. This decal provides the markings for N663GT, an aircraft with the 8-door cabin arrangement. -
South African Airways operated three models of the four-engined Airbus A340. The A340-300s started to arrive in 2004 when the remaining 747-200s and all of the 747-300s left the fleet. Most of the eight A340-300s were parked in 2020 during Covid, with only two remaining, ZS-SXB and -SXF. Our decal depicts the standard South African scheme on the A340-300 fleet. ZS-SXB wears a special “Siyanqoba, Team South Africa 2012” scheme and is not included with this decal.

How did we get our Name?
My father is a US Army-trained draftsman, and he always signed his drawings with the initials “DRAW.” Since we have to DRAW our decals, and DRAW is also the first four letters of my last name, it seemed to be a natural name for our company.
What is the idea behind DRAW Decal?
I produce airline decals that normally would not be popular enough to justify mass producing. Each decal is printed as demand warrants, one page at a time by a professional print house. This makes for slow production, but it allows us to individually inspect each decal and to also update the decal sets as the need arises. While these production sets are all currently available, they are only produced (i.e. printed) as they are ordered. I have no large pile of unsold, unpopular decals to contend with this way. Our decals are as close to custom-made as possible.
Who creates your art?
The art work for our decals is created by a group of artists, with each one contributing sets of their own unique design and preference. Currently, DRAW Decal offers decals designed by: Tim Bradley, Mike Egan, Norm Filer, Mike Jernfors, Jeff Thomsen and yours truly, Greg Drawbaugh. Each set is identified by whom designed it unless I was the one who designed it.
How do I do that?
Our decals are printed in our exclusive Next Generation DIGITAL Silk process using a large format digital printer that prints white ink. We do NOT sell ANY laser-printed decals. Laser printers are for printing instruction sheets, not printing decals.
We are made the switch to our latest Next Generation DIGITAL Silk process to provide what we believe to be among the highest quality decals in the industry. We also want to be able to provide subjects that just would not print well using any other process. Quality and value have always been our driving force, and we continue to push the limits of what our printer and artwork is capable of producing. We operate under a continual improvement process for all of our decals.
Do you run out of stock?
No, as I print decals only as they are ordered. This ensures that the decals are fresh and never out of stock. This also allows me to make corrections and additions to each set as they occur.
Once applied, these decals will look just like they were painted on, rather than just “stickers” applied over a paint job. Remember, the art of decaling is making it look like you did not use any decals!
