Hong Kong-based Cathay Dragon (a subsidiary of Cathay Pacific, formerly Dragonair) ordered A321neo aircraft in 2017 to renew its narrowbody fleet. Unfortunately, the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020 would scuttle those plans, as parent Cathay Pacific elected to shut down the Cathay Dragon operation as a cost-cutting survival measure. Two aircraft had been painted by Airbus prior to planned delivery. Both were repainted into Cathay Pacific colors and stored in Hong Kong. Their future remains in question.

We offer both the Cathay Dragon and Cathay Pacific markings in two separate sets.  We also offer the full markings combined with our coroguard wing inspar panels included for a special price.  In addition, we have released stand-alone sets for the A321neo Coroguard in 1:144 and 1:200 with the new escape paths for the A321neos with the overwing door configuration.  Our latest releases are available in both 1:144 and 1:200 scales.  Please click on any of the images to be linked into our secure store site.
