Japan Airlines was the second operator to place the new 787 Dreamliner into service.  Continuing their tradition of special schemes, Japan Airlines was the first to mark a 787 as a “theme plane” when on October 14, 2012 they unveiled JA828J in this “Sora wo Tobu – Fly in the Sky” scheme.  With the cooperation of Miyazaki Hayao, famous Japanese Animation director, illustrations of dream flying objects are placed both sides of this 787 Dreamliner.

This set is available in both 1:144 and 1:200 scales.
