Yes, our friends at the post office have changed rates and we needed to make some adjustments to reflect the new pricing here in the US.  We now have the country broken into two zones, east and west and increased the price for the west zone to reflect the new higher prices we are being charged.  Right now, the rates for outside of the US remain unchanged.  We also continue to offer shipping outside of the US via FedEx for a very competitive price.

For orders leaving the US, all packages transit the Global Post shipping center in Miami before leaving the country.  When the package arrives in the country of delivery, it may sit for days or even weeks before local customs clears it and passes it on to the local post office to deliver.  As much as we would like to help, THERE IS NOTHING that can be done while your package routes through customs.  To make matters worse, the tracking will usually NOT update until the package is actually delivered.  The system is not great, and as much as we wish there was a better option, there is not one available.  The delivery time and tracking is not going to be timely and perfect, sorry to say, and no matter how many angry emails we get, we can not speed up the process.  If you want prompt delivery and up to date tracking we implore you to select the FedEx shipping option.
