Federal Express 747 Updated and Reissued
Following its purchase of Flying Tigers in 1989, Federal Express became a Boeing 747 operator. The airline inherited a fleet of classic -100 and -200 aircraft, including both purpose-built and converted freighters, with several versions of Pratt & Whitney engines. Federal Express retired the fleet by 1995, and in that time, only one aircraft (N806FT / N631FE) was painted in full colors. Our fully updated decal includes double-struck white ink as well as all of our latest 747 details including landing lights, static ports, outflow valves and nose cargo door.
