Following the successful introduction of 757-200s at Condor, Lufthansa placed an order for identical aircraft to upgrade its narrowbody fleet. The aircraft found their niche in longer-range routes that could not support widebody service. This decal provides the markings for the first six 757s to be delivered. Condor 757-200s Released
In the early 1990s, Condor Flugdienst of Germany began taking delivery the first of what would become a fleet of 20 757-200s. The first 17 aircraft were Pratt & Whitney powered, with a six-door, four-overwing exit configuration. Prior to the adoption of the light blue Thomas Cook color scheme, Condor of Germany slightly tweaked its color scheme, replace the gray belly and engine nacelles with the yellow used on the tail. Pace Airlines was a U.S. charter airline that engaged in a wide variety of flying over the years, including package vacations (for Vacation Express and Apple Vacations), scheduled passenger service (as Hooters Air), VIP & Sports Teams, as well as ad hoc charters. In 2003, Pace acquired a former National Airlines 757-200, N513NA, which was painted in the airline’s then-current simple color scheme. Allegiant 757s Released
Las Vegas-based Allegiant Airlines acquired six 757-200s to operate from the Western U.S. to Hawaii. Though the airline did start Island service in 2012, most city pairs were dropped within two years, before all Hawaii service was halted in 2017. The last two 757s were retired in October of that year.
